The four layers
Each layer answers a real way people cheat the clock: punching from home, handing over a phone, holding up a photo, or reusing yesterday's QR. They run in this order, in seconds.
The punch starts on the device that physically sits at the site. The employee's phone only continues what the station opened.

How it works
It takes an employee less time than signing a paper sheet. You get hours that are ready to pay.
The station runs on a tablet, a monitor or an NFC tag on the wall. Tapping it opens the secure flow on the employee's phone.
Every employee has their own ID number and password. The four checks then run and their name appears on the station screen.
The entry lands in that company's timesheet with time, site and evidence. Clocking out repeats the flow and hours add up on their own.

No. Everything happens in the phone's browser. Tapping the station NFC or scanning its QR opens the secure page, they sign in with ID and password, and that's it.
The station always shows a QR code that opens exactly the same verified flow. No layer is skipped that way.
Without location the punch doesn't complete. A supervisor can record it from the panel, and that entry stays flagged as manual with its author and reason.
We store an encrypted biometric template linked to the employee, not a photo album. The employee consents at enrollment and the company can delete it when the employment ends.
Yes. Each company keeps its own timesheet, sites, employees and payroll. From a parent account you switch companies without the data crossing over.
Owners and supervisors go to forboze.io/timeflow1/admin. Employees don't sign in there — they always start from the station NFC or QR at their site.
